  • Semi-Soft Cheese covers Mozzarella, Havarti, Monterey Jack, Port Salut, and Limburger.
  • Semi-Hard Cheese teaches about specialty Cheddar, Baby Swiss, Emmental, Gouda, Edam, and Colby/Colby Jack
  • Hard Cheese discusses Parmesan, Parmigiano-Reggiano, Romano, Pecorino Romano, Gruyère, and Appenzeller.
