Know What You're Selling Deli Training & Certificate Program Course 2
This two-part product knowledge video program gives your associates a good dose of deli
product knowledge. Know What You're Selling encourages your associates to
offer food samples to your customers. Happy customers become your marketing program. And

Upon completion, deli associates will be able to talk about/show:
- Differences between natural and processed cheese, and why and how cheeses are
classified.
- The tastes and textures of 22 popular cheeses.
- How deli meats and poultry items are made.
- The tastes and textures of 25 popular deli meats/poultry items; some prepared foods
- How to do suggestive selling of some meats, cheeses, and prepared foods.
Completion time: Self study, 2 hours each
The program includes:
- Two 15-minute videotapes
- Two Participant Manuals (two needed per employee)
- One Leader's Guide
- One Certificate of Acknowledgement (per qualified participant)
