More Knowledge, More Sales Deli Training & Certificate Program Course 2
Put the wonderful sights and smells of delicious in-store bakery products together with
enthusiastic salespeople who understand and appreciate what they're selling and you have a
successful combination. More Knowledge, More Sales teaches your
associates about dozens and dozens of Bakery items that customers typically buy for
breakfast, for dessert, for snacks and as breads and rolls. This training also reinforces
a fun, easy-to-use, suggestive selling technique we call, F.A.S.T.
By the end of More Knowledge, More Sales, bakery associates will be able to
knowledgeably describe:
- Four buying categories (breakfast, dessert, snacks, and breads and rolls), popular
items in each category, and bakery nutrition facts.
- Five major breakfast items: donuts, sweet goods, muffins/quick breads, bagels, and
croissants.
- Major varieties of breads and rolls.
- Popular desserts: pies, cakes and cookies.
- Five specialty items: cheesecake, Boston cream pie, baklava, cannoli and brownies.
Completion time: Self study, 4 hours
The program includes:
- One 56-minute videotape
- One Participant Manual (one needed per employee)
- One Leader's Guide
- One Certificate of Acknowledgement (per qualified participant)
