Service That Sells Bakery Training & Certificate Program Course 1
Service That Sells (Bakery Training & Certificate Program Course 1) will teach your new bakery employees how to talk to
customers, and how to sell bakery products. Trainees learn why customers shop the in-store
bakery, how to do suggestive selling and how to handle upset customers--because you can
profit from customers who bring complaints to your employees. In this video program,
employees take a "cook's tour" of the bakery department learning about the
department--equipment they may use, terms they may need to understand, etc.
When associates complete Service That Sells they'll be able to:
- Give five reasons why the in-store bakery is important to supermarket customers.
- Tell six reasons why customers choose an in-store bakery.
- Recognize seven types of bakery equipment.
- Understand seven common bakery terms.
- Use three easy techniques to start great sales conversations with customers.
- Increase sales using the F.A.S.T. way to make product suggestions to your customers.
- Use the C.A.L.M. way to deal with any customer problem in a professional manner.
Completion time: Self-study, 2 hours
The program includes:
- One 49-minute videotape
- One Participant Manual (one needed per employee)
- One Leader's Guide
- One Certificate of Acknowledgement (per qualified participant)
