Stay Clean, Stay Safe Bakery Training & Certificate Program Course 3
Food safety training can be a matter of life and death. For your customers. And your
business. Stay Clean, Stay Safe helps you take important precautions to
teach your associates about proper temperatures, cross contamination, rotation and proper
receiving and storage. The program shows them what good personal hygiene is and what
cleanliness standards you expect them to model to your customers.
At the completion of Stay Clean, Stay Safe, bakery associates will be able to:
- Describe six types of food poisoning that can occur in the bakery and how to prevent
each.
- Use correct hand-washing procedures.
- Follow recommended personal hygiene procedures.
- Efficiently spot check all areas of the bakery, making sure they are clean,
well-stocked, and appealing.
- Handle ingredients, unfinished products, and finished bakery goods properly to keep them
fresh and safe from contamination.
Completion time: Self study, 2 hours
The program includes:
- One 30-minute videotape
- One Participant Manual (one needed per employee)
- One Leader's Guide
- One Certificate of Acknowledgement (per qualified participant)
